Hello!
The Green Humans is an international think tank which offers assistance to environmental initiatives and cultivates future environmental leaders, aiming to find solutions to the crises endangering life on our planet. The concept of the Green Human originated from a piece of art, also referred to as a foliate head. It appears in architecture and art as a face either made of foliage or entirely enveloped by it, typically radiating outward from the centre of the face. Beyond its decorative role, the Green Human is widely understood as a symbol of renewal, symbolizing the seasonal cycle of fresh growth that occurs each spring. Green Humans is a collective effort of great enthusiasts who want to imprint their green footprints on the planet. We are committed to reducing the carbon footprints by undertaking small initiatives. The Green Humans will not only help you in diving this ocean from the lenses of digital records but also, we will join the local communities of our regions who are interested in participating in this project.

Our Objectives
- Develop a comprehensive data repository pertaining to environmental policies and strategies around the globe
- Develop and distribute educational resources that inform the younger generation about the environmental impact of human activities

Aparna Arunachalam has been a sustainability practitioner for more than a decade now, it all started with wet waste management at home. Then she moved to implement it in her community. She has recently consulted with a hotel and provided them solution for wet waste management. She did city level volunteering work too for a year, however she feels that it will take few more years before her city picks up on aggressively implementing waste management. She is currently looking to actively upskill herself in ESG domain and eventually consult for strategy and reporting.
